Welcome to Just One Step Away™, Crecer y Prosperar™, and Impacto Emocional, brands operated by The LEM Group LLC and Crecer y Prosperar™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our websites, products, and services.

By accessing or using our services—including as an affiliate—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately.

1. LEGAL STRUCTURE AND BRAND OWNERSHIP
✔ The LEM Group LLC (Florida, USA) – Owner of:

Just One Step Away™ (coaching, leadership, and transformation programs)
✔ Crecer y Prosperar™ (Argentina) – Owner of:

Impacto Emocional (emotional intelligence and neurocoaching programs)
CYP Store (digital and physical products, including shirts, hoodies, gadgets, and other merchandise)
CYP Funnels, CYP Academy, CYP Animation, CYP Videos, CYP Creative Studio (operating under Crecer y Prosperar™, not individually trademarked)
All Impacto Emocional-related products and services
All brand content is protected under Class 41 of the Nice Classification and cannot be used without authorization.

2. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
✔ Enrollment – Approval required; we reserve the right to accept or reject applications.
✔ Commissions – Paid on qualified sales, with rates specified in the affiliate portal.
✔ Restrictions – False advertising, spam, and bidding on our trademarks are strictly prohibited.
✔ Termination – We may revoke commissions for fraud, returns, or rule violations.

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time for non-compliance.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESTRICTIONS
✔ Users must provide accurate and updated information when creating an account.
✔ Our services cannot be used for illegal or fraudulent activities.
✔ We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
✔ Payment Methods – Processed securely via Stripe or other payment gateways.
✔ Refund Policy:

CYP Store (physical and digital products):
Physical products: Refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is in original condition.
Digital products: Non-refundable except for technical issues.
CYP Funnels – Refunds available within 7 days if the product has not been used.
CYP Academy (courses & coaching) – Refunds available within 14 days, provided less than 25% of the content has been accessed.
Custom Services (CYP Animation, CYP Videos, CYP Creative Studio, Impacto Emocional coaching) – Non-refundable once work has started.
✔ Subscription Cancellations – You may cancel before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND USAGE
✔ All brands and content are protected under Class 41 of the Nice Classification.
✔ Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
✔ We reserve the right to take legal action against any infringements.

6. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
✔ Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".
✔ We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
✔ We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if:
✔ Fraudulent activities are detected.
✔ These Terms are violated.
✔ A user's actions negatively impact our brand or community.

If your account is terminated, you will lose access without refund.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
✔ Governing Law: Florida, USA.
✔ Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published with the revised date.
